    DIAMETER by a
    NOMINAL
    18" LONG BLUE TRANSLUCENT FLUORESCENT EXTRUDED ACRYLIC RODS.

    THIS IS CUT FROM A NEW 6 FOOT LONG LENGTH OF Rod.
    THE SAW BLADE IS 1/8" THICK. THEREFORE 1/8" OF MATERIAL IS LOST DURING THE CUTTING PROCESS.
    The 1st picture is the rod being held in front of a FLUORESCENT BLACK LIGHT
    The Rods will glow ONLY when in the influence of a black or Actinic type light.
    In normal light conditions the rods are very very light blue, almost clear.
    As you can see from the picture of the rods on the black grid, these rods are translucent, almost clear.
    The color of the rods will of course vary depending on the back round color due to being semi-translucent.
    I SHOW 3 RODS IN THE PICTURES for representation of the product BUT you are buying and will receive
    TWO FLUORESCENT 3/8" x 18" rods
    .
    To assure that you get the finest quality, the protective sleeve is kept in place on the rods while being cut to protect the acrylic.
    All rods have saw cut edges on both ends. Saw cutting can cause micro chips on the ends of the rod as seen in the pictures.
    Please allow a tolerance of +/- 1/16" on all pieces.
