    Pair of Vintage Billings & Spencer Open-End Wrenches   (#3435)
    Larger Wrench:
    Stamped 1117 & 718
    Marked 1/2" CAP S.A.E. & 3/8" CAP S.A.E.
    Good condition, some minor pitting. There is a small chip at the end of one of the smaller jaws.
    The end marked 1/2" is actually 3/4" wide.
    The end marked 3/8" is actually 5/8" wide.
    Smaller Wrench:
    Stamped 1554
    Marked 5/16" OC S.A.E 1/4" U.S.S. & 3/16" OC (Actual 1/2" wide & 3/8" wide)
