    Two shim gaskets for 6 & 8 Qt Enterprise sausage stuffers.
    Food grade material and dishwasher safe.   This nylon shim is heavy duty and presses the meat or product down into the unit with minimal escaping from around the edges.  Much more efficient than just using the steel plunger.
    Diameter of this shim is approx 8 1/2".

    Made to last for many years like your sausage stuffer.  Fits the old style cast iron Sausage Press. Fits most 6 and 8 quart units that are similar to the one pictured, aka lard press and fruit press.
